Georgian Mahogany & Rosewood Chest of Drawers


Circa 1770

A good neat sized late 18th Century George III Period Mahogany and Rosewood crossbanded chest of four graduated long drawers of pleasing proportions. This chest of drawers is fitted with a useful brushing slide and the whole is raised on shaped bracket feet.

H: 33” / 84cms W: 37.75” / 96cms D: 21” / 53cms

Good quality heavy mahogany timber construction with elegant Rosewood crossbanded border detail to the edges of the top. Solid brass hardware throughout.
